trng as usual todae!! todae every1 very high!!! hahas. and free spiking hong koon kena hit by jasper then got 1 ball outline leh!!! damn funnyx XD.
then after that train formation then reserves give free ball! :D then jiao lian say can give 平球 so i hit ping qiu. then after that avel hit ping qiu also

then after that wei zhong turn. he's our learning example!!!

after that everyone try hitting within 3m line hahas XD
and and todae take height and weight!!!! so sadx D: 175 cm nvr grow at all D: and 80 kg somemore D: BUT IS MY BONE HEAVY!!!! even mr loo say i dun look like 80 kg :D
